Know All Men by These Presents, That we, Anna McKee, A. S. Harmon and Samuel T. Crozier of the county of Randolph and State of Illinois, are held and firmly bound unto the People of the State of Illinois, for the use of Mable McKee in the penal sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars, current money of the United States, to which payment, well and truly to be made and performed, we and each of us bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, jointly, severally and firmly, by these presents.

Witness our hands and seals, this 30 day of  June A. D. 1894

The condition of the above obligation is such, that if the above bounder Anna McKee who has been appointed Guardian of Mable McKee shall faithfully discharge the office and trust of such Guardian according to law, and shall make a true inventory of all the real and personal estate of the ward that shall come to her possession or knowledge, and return the same unto the County Court of Randolph County, at the time required by law, and manage and dispose of all such estate, according to law, and for the best interest of said ward and faithfully discharge her trust in relation thereto, and to the custody, nurture and education of said ward and render an account, on oath, of the property in h__ hands, and of management and disposition of all such estate, within one year after her appointment, and at such other time as shall be required by law, or directed by the Court: and upon removal from office, or at the expiration of her trust, settle her accounts in said Court, or with the ward or her legal representative, and pay over and deliver all the estate, title papers and effects remaining in h__ hands; or due from h__ on such settlement, to the person lawfully entitled thereto, then this obligation shall be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.

Request For Appointment Of Guardian

In the County Court July Term, A.D. 1894
To the Honorable W N Wilson Judge of Said Court:

The undersigned respectfully represent that she is minor, above the age of fourteen years, to-wit: of the age of 15 years on the 24 day of February A.D. 1894, and heir of and entitled to a distributive share in the estate of Wm. C. McKee, Jr last of said County, deceased, and having no father living, or other legal guardian residing in said State, respectfully request that Anna McKee may be appointed my guardian.
