Mrs. Elizabeth Reed died last Thursday night at her home near the Buena Vista mill.

She had been a long sufferer from cancer which caused her death. Mrs. Reed was a hard-working woman, having supported herself and family of five children for a number of years from her own efforts.

When she was taken sick, the ladies of the Episcopal Church administered to her wants.

She was buried at eight o’clock Saturday morning, in Evergreen Cemetery with appropriate services by Rev. Clifft.
