I, William C. Leming, of the City of Sparta in the County of Randolph and State of Illinois, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, ordain and publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following, that is to say:
FIRST: I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as conveniently may be. SECOND: After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Alice Leming, all of my property, both real and personal, to have and to hold for and during the term of her natural life. However, should the income received from the property in my estate at any time prove insufficient for the proper care, keep and comfort of my said wife, I further grant to her the right to use such part of the principal of my estate as may be necessary for her maintenance and comfort.
THIRD: I give and bequeath all of the rest and residue of my estate and property of which I may die seized or possessed to my children, namely, Walter C. Leming, Clarence Leming, and Clemmie E. Leming, to be equally divided among them share and share alike.
LASTLY: I make, constitute and appoint Walter C. Leming and my beloved wife, Alice Leming, to be the executors of this my last Will and Testament, requesting that they may be permitted to serve without bond. I hereby further revoke all former wills by me heretofore made.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal to this my last Will and Testament this 28th day of May, A. D. 1938.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet, was on this 28th day of May, A.D. 1938, signed, sealed and published and declared by the Testator, William C. Leming, to be his last Will and Testament, and we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereto set our hands and affixed our seals as attesting witnesses.
