I Samuel C. McKee of the County of Randolph and State of Illinois do hereby make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit:

1st, I give devise and bequeath unto my wife Mary Ann McKee the farm on which I now reside situated and described as the west half of the South East quarter of Section No Two (2) and the north half of the North west quarter of the North East quarter of Section No Eleven (11) all in Township No Six (6) Range No Six (6) west of the third Principal Meridian in Said County and State containing one hundred acres more or less, during her natural life and that at her death ________ property aforesaid to be bequeathed to my two sons, David L. McKee and Edward McKee and their heirs and assigns forever.

2nd, I give and devise unto Charles McKee the North half of the North west quarter of the North West quarter of Section No Twelve (12) Township No six (6) Range No Six (6) west of the 3rd Principal Meridian in Said County and State to his heirs and assigns forever he having already received a portion of my Estate with this will make an Equitable Portion.

3rd—I give and devise unto the Said David L. McKee and Edward McKee the South East quarter of the South East quarter of Section No Two (2) The North half of the north East quarter of the North East quarter of Section No Eleven (11) and the South half of the north west quarter of Section No Twelve (12) all in Township No Six (6) Range No Six (6) west of the third Principal Meridian in the County State aforesaid to their heirs and assigns forever.

4th I have heretofore given to my sons William C. McKee, George W. McKee (now deceased), Samuel C. McKee, Jr., Henry T. McKee and my daughters Elisabeth E. Wilson (now deceased) and Mary J. Campbell all that they are entitled to either them or their heirs and I allow them no other share in my Estate.

5th I give and bequeath to my wife all my household and kitchen furniture in addition to the above bequest and in lieu of any court awards.

6th I hereby constitute and appoint My Said wife Mary Ann McKee executor of my last will and Testament without Bond being required and annulling all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I the Said Samuel C. McKee have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this the 23rd day February A.D. 1892.
