I James M. Lively, of the County of Randolph and state of Illinois do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. First: I direct my executrix hereinalfter named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses.
Second: I hereby devise and bequest to my wife, Amanda Lively, all my property of every kindm real, person and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situated, to have and to hold the same to my said wife,her heirs and assigns forever.
Finally: I hereby appoint my said wife, Amanda Lively, executrix of this will, and direct that as such executrix she be required to give no bond, and I further direct that, after the probate of this will, there be no letters testamentary issued, unless my said executrix shall be advised that it is best; and that there be no administration of my estate, unless, in the opinion of my said executrix and her legal adviser, the same be desirable or necessary. Dated this 2nd day of February A.D. 1909
