Know All Men by These Presents, That we, Mary A McKee, Edward E Brown, and Henry T McKee of the county of Randolph and State of Illinois, are held and firmly bound unto the People of the State of Illinois, for the use of E Brown McKee, Samuel C McKee and Charles Howard McKee in the penal sum of Three Thousand Dollars, current money of the United States, to which payment, well and truly to be made and performed, we and each of us bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, jointly, severally and firmly, by these presents.

Witness our hands and seals, this 14th day of April A. D. 1906

The condition of the above obligation is such, that if the above bounder Mary A McKee who has been appointed Guardian of E. Brown McKee, Samuel C McKee and Charles Harold McKee shall faithfully discharge the office and trust of such Guardian according to law, and shall make a true inventory of all the real and personal estate of the ward that shall come to her possession or knowledge, and return the same unto the County Court of Randolph County, at the time required by law, and manage and dispose of all such estate, according to law, and for the best interest of said ward and faithfully discharge her trust in relation thereto, and to the custody, nurture and education of said ward and render an account, on oath, of the property in her hands, and of management and disposition of all such estate, within one year after her appointment, and at such other time as shall be required by law, or directed by the Court: and upon removal from office, or at the expiration of her trust, settle her accounts in said Court, or with the ward or their legal representative, and pay over and deliver all the estate, title papers and effects remaining in her hands; or due from her on such settlement, to the person lawfully entitled thereto, then this obligation shall be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.

That E Brown McKee is a minor, aged 16 years on the 16 day of June A.D. 1906
That Samuel C McKee is a minor, aged 13 years on the 8 day of February A.D. 1906
That Charles Harold McKee is a minor, aged 4 years on the 24 day of January A.D. 1906

that said minor are residents of this county; that they have no father living, or other legal guardian, residing in this State; that said minors will be Entitled to Life Insurance and that you petitioner is Mother and desires to be appointed Guardian of said minor.
