Kenneth McKee, S.T.H.S. Graduate, Dies at Family Home at Blair

Kenneth Eugene McKee, graduate of the S.T.H.S., and a son of Mr. and Mrs. David L. McKee, of near Blair, died at the home of his parents at 6:30 o’clock, Tuesday evening, after an illness of two and one-half years. He was aged 23 years, two months and 26 days.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Blair Presbyterian church, of which the deceased was a member, at 2:30 o’clock, Friday afternoon, with Rev. William N. Nichol, Jr., pastor of the Sparta U. P. church, officiating. Interment will be made in Union cemetery.

The young man was born at Blair, August 1, 1908, a son of David L. and Bertha Stipe McKee. He attended the schools in the vicinity and the S.T.H.S., after which he was employed by the Herschback Auto & Implement Company at Chester until forced to resign his position because of illness. He is survived by his parents and two brothers. E. D. McKee and Myron McKee, both of Sparta.
